Its mission is to investigate, report, train ,advise and accompany the beneficiaries, actors and medical prescriptions of Latin America and Chile, to become:
- An alternative to approach the best treatments in MFD-NDGD and health cares for the middle class and the poor.
- A place of encounter for beneficiaries and goods facilitators and health service.
- A platform for scientific, technological, and commercial work for Latin America.
- A centre for inter-intra constant training, upbringing and education of human talent between actors and beneficiaries.
- A global network of technological and research transfer of multifactorial diseases and Degenerative Illnesses MFD-NDGD.
OBJECTIVES / MEDSANF Sans Frontiéres ®
- To foster a network of excellence in research, innovation, integration, cooperation, upbringing for the treatment of Multifactorial, Degenerative and Emerging diseases in the area of Health
- To set up a Graduate Faculty to carry out basic and applied research in MFI-NDGI, train and promote professionals in Medical Robotics- Nuclear Medicine-Medical NanoSciences- NanoTechnology- Artificial Intelligence.
- To inform, train and promote professionals and diagnostic health equipment, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of multifactorial and degenerative diseases such as Parkinson, Alzheimer, Cancer and Pain Treatment.
- To inform, train, accompany patients, enterprises, health institutions in Latin American countries in the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of multifactorial and degenerative diseases, such as: Alzheimer, Cancer, Parkinson and Pain Treatment.
- To investigate, accredit, deliver and grant the University Hospital Centre UHC all the cares required by the patients suffering from multifactorial and Neuro degenerative illnesses MFI-NDGI: Alzheimer, Parkinson, Cancer and Pain Treatment.
- To generate the most important business and interaction platform among the different stakeholders involved in public and private health and the regulation of health insurance systems related to multifactorial and degenerative diseases.
- To set up long-lasting North-South International Cooperation Programs in MFI-NDGI for the development of Scientific, Technological and Economic Alliances.
PROFILE of the scientific, technological and capitalistic partners / MEDSANF Sans Frontiéres ®Board

MEDSANF Sans Frontiéres® must be constituted by a well-known group of both national and international specialists who will be grouped into at least four scientific advisory boards, led by a chairman and/or Director in each case. These are:

MEDICINE BANK / On MFI-NDGI Alzheimer, Cancer, Parkinson and Pain Treatment:
Its main objectives are:
- MEDSANF Foundation signs international agreements with enterprises and entities at a national and international level in order to collect medicine, devices, equipment, furniture and real estate devoted to supply Medsanf Sans Frontiéres / Medicament Bank periodically.
- To facilitate the promotion, distribution, Sale (or donation) and Purchase of medicine, devices, equipment, operational products to come closer to the middle class and the poor deprived of health service.
- To study, define and apply a strategy for the signing of scientific, technological and commercial agreements ( Licence, Patents and know-how) for the integration, import and manufacturing of new products and services.
MEDICAL HOME CARE / Service on MFD-NDGD Alzheimer, Cancer, Parkinson and Pain Treatment.
It is organized within MEDSANF Sans Frontiéres, a service created and oriented to provide Home Hospitalization and Palliative Care to the patients bearing Multifactorial and Degenerative diseases at a clear advantage over regular hospital processes. It is worth mentioning:

FACULTY of MEDICINE / MFD-NDGD
It is initially specialized in the training of graduate students for Latin America. This Faculty is managed by the Chairperson/Directors of each Scientific Advisory Board of Medsanf® of the specialities in MFD NDGD
It counts on the contribution of international professional Experts: Engineers, PhDs, physicians…of the highest expertise in each of the specialities; professionals collaborating both in continuous training and taking part in the
conception , preparation of the protocols of diagnosis, treatment, evolution of patients and the definition of the profiles of research for the in-training Latin American physicians.

Constituted by national, Latin American, and international professionals of the highest expertise: Experts, Engineers, PhDs, physicians…in each of the specializations: experts and specialists, lecturers, active in their respective areas/health centres, reputed professionals, active or retired but with high intellectual capacity to convey their scientific, technological knowledge and expertise, thus contributing to the development of the North South basic & clinic research programs.
It houses pharmaceutical laboratories, set up in the UHC of the International University City MFI-NDGI: enterprises contributing with specialists in MFI-NDGI will encourage and sponsor : workshops introducing the new medications, operational research and guidelines of development of products in the early stages of clinical testing.
RESEARCH –INDUSTRIAL CENTRE / in MFD-NDGDand Industrial Research Centre on: Medical Robotics *Nuclear Medicine * Medical NanoSciences * NanoTechnology * Artificial Intelligence
Constituted by foreign professionals: Experts, Engineers, PhDs, physicians… nationals of Latin American countries and international of the highest expertise who develop research in MFI-NDGI, directing their research to achieving results in the mid term for a maximum of three years.
Professional physicians and professional engineers will be shortlisted in accordance with their specific projects presented for each of the areas in which Medsanf Sans Frontiéres promotes its scientific, technological, industrial &economic activities.
The Clinical Physician and/or Research Engineer is admitted according to Curriculum in addition to a commitment of free service at least once a week in one of the divisions of Medical Home Care, Medicine Bank, University Hospital Centre UHC.
The research candidate must be in full command of the language and culture of the country in which he/she will carry out their research project.
The researcher will be evaluated with a Plus if in addition he/she is sponsored by a pharmaceutical laboratory, HUC, high-tech enterprise and/or foreign research centre or institution as co-participant “ Portage”, or research co-financer.
REAL ESTATE HEALTH AND EDUCATION ECONOMICAL GROUP
Responsible for all the infrastructure – emergent juridical structures in the development of the University Hospital City ( 20 has available) necessary for the success of the Mission, Objectives, Shareholding of Medsanf Sans Frontiéres ® Foundation from the International University City, University Hospital Centre UHC and the premises required for care and hospitalization of the patients bearing pathologies already described. As for example:
- Hostel for Visiting Experts: accommodates Clinical Physicians, researchers, professors, international lecturers of Multifactorial and Degenerative Illnesses, University Nurses with expertise and experience in health care of patients with these pathologies whose mission will be, on the one hand, to carry out post graduate training diploma courses, both national and international , for Latin American physicians and nurses , and on the other, to take active part in the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients in the premises of the University Hospital Centre.
- House for patients with Alzheimer ( Today an Alzheimer patient in Chile pays US$800 for sharing a room with 4 other patients)
- House for patients with Cancer
- House for patients with Parkinson
- House for patients with Pain Treatment
Health – Medical Centre:
Its main objective is the sale, distribution and marketing of medicine, devices, image, medical and therapeutic equipment, both new and reconditioned ( at a reduced price, or non-existent in the market)
* From the perspective of the Alliance with Supplying Medication Enterprises , devices and Equipment for the Health Market:
o. To count on specialized equipment for home hospitalizations
o. To count on the proper equipment according to the medical complexity of
the patients.
o. To permit the incorporation of low cost equipment

Specialized in research, training, prevention, treatment, follow-up of patients
bearing multifactorial and degenerative illnesses: Alzheimer, Cancer, Parkinson and Pain Treatment. Its main objectives are:
- To develop, sponsor, sign projects of international cooperation in under and post PhD scientific and /or technological research, which may encourage international scientists and professionals to come over and work in Chile , being Medsanf Sans Frontiéres ®, and the University Hospital Centre UHC in particular, the place of international integration, encounter and cooperation.
- Medsanf Sans Frontiéres® promotes and executes – UHC signs international agreements to favour the formation, and research of Latin American health professionals and physicians with UHC, entities and private enterprises of Europe, North America and the rest of the world.
- It establishes national and international scientific and technological alliances with the Medical Entities of Latin American countries.
- It counts on a network of associated physicians specialized in multifactorial and degenerative illnesses, updated training both at a national and international level, and strongly linked to the main specialized European and American centres.
- It creates a network of specialized nurses, physical and social therapists, psychologists and other professionals of health operational therapies: cancer, aids, Alzheimer, brain strokes amongst others.

Justification
The building complex Medsanf Sans Frontiéres ® integrated by the buildings destined to the different areas of MFI-NDGI will be inserted in an International University City Macro Project ( 20 Has. available in the 7th Region), within a space devoted to the search of a linkage between the techno-scientific action MFI-NDGI and the human and bio-energetic environment of the patient.
The conception –realization of the biomass-nature-health park constitutes both the material placing of the facilities and the capacity to generate a series of links and articulations of the palliative treatment know-how of patients, MFI-NDGI, via the installation of articulations to bio-energetic networks, both in reference to the geographical space representing the animal and vegetal diversity of the land, the conception-execution of home-made mini orchards, small wood forests, of different types of vegetation , artificial-natural reservoirs, etc.as well as a sign of animal diversity – some specimens of large and small livestock, some wild animals, poultry and others moving freely along the International University City MFI-MNDGI building complex – all of which may interact as a kind of bio-energetic anchor with MFI-NDGI patients and nature. Senior Professionals of the different areas linked to the land and agriculture will have the responsibility to investigate and generate palliative MFI-NDGI protocols, methodologies & techniques, all these areas devoted to the original alternative- therapeutic issues initiated by Medsanf Sans Frontiéres ® in the centres entitled and presented as follows:

The Centre has a mini breeding of 20 Chestnut Percheron, Breton, horses , plus a set of different poultry.

The present Business Trade Centre has a fundamental space of development, but very limited: some are merely scientific or technological or commercial. However Medsanf® intends to gather, in the same place, all the indispensable participants (stakeholders) who may favour the international exchange in all its scientific, technological and commercial forms.
